SCA Consulting provides quality consulting services to help you increase efficiency and effectiveness so you can complete mission.
My mission is to work with managers and human resource professionals to institute habits that create and maintain a high-functioning team at every stage of an employees’ “life cycle” -- from recruitment to coaching & retention to promotion.
I have always been fascinated by "life cycle"- how we grow in how we know. This passion has taken me from ivy league libraries to the housing projects. I bring research and over a decade of experience in youth-serving non-profits. And now I want to help you support the healthy growth of your organization by looking at the healthy growth of your people.
